Techniker (m/W/D) für Kundenberatung, Applikation und Service für Barcode- und RFID-Kennzeichnungssysteme

Nutze deine Fachkenntnisse, um individuelle Kundenbetreuung, technischen Service und innovative Anwendungen voranzutreiben.
Aufgabengebiet:
- Du übernimmst die individuelle Kundenberatung im Bereich Drucksysteme, RFID und Software
- Die Realisierung von Anwendungen für optische und RFID-Kennzeichnungslösungen liegt in deinem Zuständigkeitsbereich
- Du konfigurierst, passt an und wartest Drucker, Scanner und RFID-Systeme sowohl inhouse als auch vor Ort beim Kunden
- Die enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Service- und Vertriebsteams gehört zu deinem Aufgabenfeld.
Anforderungsprofil:
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung vorzugsweise im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Elektronik oder Nachrichtentechnik.
- Vorzugsweise bringst du Kenntnisse in Hardware-Ansteuerung, Programmierung und/ oder RFID mit.
- Hervorragende Kundenorientierung, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus.
- Dein Engagement und deine Flexibilität ermöglichen die Bewältigung vielseitiger Aufgaben.
- Eine strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise prägt deinen Berufsalltag.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse ermöglichen eine reibungslose internationale Zusammenarbeit.
