With the high-performance printer i7100 from Brady and the fitting vial label applicator you can optimise identification in laboratories.

The automated identification happens in two steps:

• Fast and high-quaity label print and
• automated, precise application of the label on the vial

Afterwards the vials can be removed manually or they are collected in a separat fixed tray of the Brady i7100.

Following vials can be marked:

• Diameter: 10 mm up to 17 mm
• Length: 38 mm up to 105 mm

Vials with and without cap can be labelled.

With the flag-print applicator A5500 from Brady you combine two work steps in one: precise printing with a resolution of up to 200 dpi and fast apply.

The cables can have diameter from 1,52 up to 15,24 mm. The labels can have a width from 25,40 up to 50,8 mm and a length from 19,05 up to 101,60 mm. The printing speed is up to 76,20 (mm/sec.).

Brady Wraptor A6500 Fast identification of cables and lines

The printing applicator Wraptor A6500 from Brady supports you in people- and time-intensive production steps and increases the quality of identification.

It prints 2D and 1D (linear) codes with a resolution of 300 dpi in high quality and applies them automated on lines and cables. The mounting on the particular line happens very tight with a minimum of spiral-, blister- or wrinkleformations.

The diameter of the cable should be between 1,52 mm and 15,24 mm. Die label width must be between 6,35 mm up to 50,80 mm - the label length from 19,05 mm up to 76,20 mm.

The memory capacity can additionally be extended from 32 GB with USB.

CAB AXON 1 Quick and reliable identification of small tubes (⌀ 10 to 35 mm)

The print- and dispensing system Axon 1 from cab is on the one hand a hand-work-place for the labelling of single tubes or on the other hand suitable for the integration of consisting sample processing systems.
