In dieser Schlüsselposition übernimmst du eine entscheidende Rolle in der kundenspezifischen Etikettenherstellung und der reibungslosen Produktion an Konfektionierungsmaschinen. Dein Beitrag ist nicht nur technisch anspruchsvoll, sondern auch entscheidend für den Erfolg unseres Produktionsteams. Aufgabengebiet:
- Du gestaltest die kundenspezifische Herstellung von Etiketten.
- Du bedienst Konfektionierungsmaschinen für eine reibungslose Produktion.
- Gegebenenfalls übernimmst du den Umgang mit Flexo- und Siebdruckmaschinen.
- Du unterstützt aktiv das Produktionsteam, um gemeinsam Bestleistungen zu erzielen.
Anforderungsprofil:
- Idealerweise hast du eine Ausbildung zum Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m/w/d) oder ggf. eine Druckerausbildung, aber auch Quereinsteiger sind willkommen.
- Vorzugsweise bringst du Erfahrung im Umgang mit Druck-, Stanz- oder Schneidemaschinen mit.
- Mit Engagement und Zuverlässigkeit trägst du zur Qualität unserer Arbeit bei.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von einem hohen Qualitätsbewusstsein.
- Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit runden dein Profil ab.
