EOL for Windows CE devices

Windwos CE-devices will only be supported and developed until February 2022 from Microsoft.
Consequently the application and the ues of these devices can constitute a high risk of software-virus and no more new applications will be availble.
The upgrade of the operating system android can be an alternative for Windows CE. Advantages are:

- Quick response time for new functionalities
- Easy and intuitive handling due to full-touch user-interfacee
